How do I book a ride?
Open the app, enter your pickup and drop-off locations, select your preferred vehicle type and ride priority (Fastest, Cheapest, or Most Reliable), and tap "Find a Ride". Our Intent-Based Mobility system will match you with the best available driver.
How are fares calculated?
Fares include a base fare, distance, and time. Dynamic pricing may apply during high demand (capped at 1.5x-2x depending on city phase). You always see the guaranteed fare before confirming, and it will never increase after confirmation.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit/debit cards via Stripe, Travony wallet balance, and USDT stablecoin cryptocurrency payments. All transactions are processed securely.
What is the Ride Truth Engine?
An optional, consent-based feature that lets you compare ride-hailing platforms based on real user experiences. Log rides from any provider and contribute to anonymous reliability scores. You can delete your data at any time.
What is Ghost Mode?
Ghost Mode enables ride-hailing even without internet. It uses Bluetooth mesh networking to connect nearby riders and drivers. Fares are pre-calculated, and rides sync automatically when you're back online.
How does 'Pay Me to Go Home' work?
Drivers heading home can activate 'Going Home' mode. The system only sends them direction-compatible rides. Riders may see a 'Faster Pickup' option with a small premium, of which the driver receives 80%.
How do I dispute a fare?
Go to your ride history, select the ride, and tap "Report Issue". Our Fare Guardian AI will review your case and respond within 24 hours.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, we use industry-standard encryption and Stripe for payment processing. We never store your full card details on our servers.
How do I become a driver?
Download the T Driver app, create an account, submit your documents (driver's license, insurance, vehicle registration), and complete the AI-powered vehicle verification process.
How do I delete my account and data?
Visit our Data Deletion page, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account in the app, or email privacy@travony.com. Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
