Request Deletion of Your Personal Data
In accordance with data protection regulations, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data from our systems. Please complete the form below to submit your request.
What happens when you request data deletion:
- Your account will be permanently deactivated
- Your personal information will be deleted from our active systems
- Your ride history and payment records will be anonymized
- Processing typically takes up to 30 days
Important: Some data may be retained for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution purposes as required by law.
Alternative Methods
You can also request data deletion through:
- In-App: Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account

Data We Delete
- Account information (name, email, phone)
- Profile photos and preferences
- Payment methods (card details are handled by our payment processor)
- Location history
- In-app messages
- Ride Truth Engine data (ride logs, consent records, and all submitted signals)
- Ghost Mode ride records and offline sync data
Data We May Retain
- Transaction records (for tax/legal purposes, anonymized)
- Safety incident reports
- Data required for legal proceedings
- Aggregated, anonymized Ride Truth Engine scores (cannot be linked back to you)
Ride Truth Engine Data
If you have participated in the Ride Truth Engine, you can also delete just your Truth Engine data without deleting your entire account:
- In-App: Go to Ride Truth Engine > Privacy Settings > Delete My Data
- Revoke Consent: Go to Ride Truth Engine > Privacy Settings > Revoke Consent
- Email: Send a request to privacy@travony.com specifying you want Truth Engine data deleted
